Every agent session becomes a card on the box, newest on top. Colour always means state, and Kore only speaks when you are needed.
A calm blue screen and no sound. The card shows which agent, which session and for how long.
The whole screen turns yellow and the buddy says one line out loud. Press K2 and you land in that agent's window.
A three-second celebration, then today's stats: how much got done, how often you were asked, how long it was busy.
Something failed? Kore sinks a little and says “daijoubu, daijoubu.” Mac asleep or cable out? The screen goes gray, so it never shows a stale state.
One click connects each agent's hooks. GitHub Actions runs show up through the gh CLI you are already signed in to.
# anything that can make an HTTP request can put a card on the box curl -H 'content-type: application/json' \ --data '{"version":1,"event":"task.done","title":"Hello"}' \ http://127.0.0.1:7331/v1/events
The default. Task cards three to a page, the one that needs you first, and a call when it does.
25 minutes of focus, 5 of break. K0 starts and pauses. It runs on the box, so it keeps time even when your Mac doesn't.
After a quiet stretch the buddy plays: patrols, kicks a ball, reads, counts stars, dozes. Any agent activity brings it straight back.
Each Character has its own voice, look and lines. Switch any time from the app, no firmware flash needed, or, on the Mac, turn your own drawing into a pixel buddy.
“Yatta! All done.”
“Yes! That's done.”
“Nice. That one's done.”
“Done. Ship it.”
“Dude, nice. That's done.”
“Lovely. That's done.”
“Done. No drama.”
“完成了,辛苦啦。”

VibeBuddy is korekore's earlier name, and checkout still uses it. It's the same box.
Yes. It's open source under GPL-3.0. The firmware, the apps and the hardware notes are in the GitHub repository, so you can build and flash your own for free.
